Small quiet shop, thought there was another customer in, turns out I seemed to disturb the employee's chat with his female visitor. Explained the issue with my watch, he couldn't have cared less, didn't even consider a repair. Suggested the watch "probably wasn't that expensive" just defaulted to "yeah it'll need a service mate...£99... 4 weeks". Unhelpful, dismissive, unimportant, wanted back to his conversation. Terrible service.

Only went in to get an extra hole punched into my leather belt. The guy was well dressed well mannered and very helpful. It took the whole of 10 seconds and no charge
Very expensive compared to other local companies i.e. Lee’s Keys. £26 for 4 keys, and they say that’s with a discount! Also the last couple of times I’ve used them, I’ve had to return as the keys need tweaking as don’t work the locks correctly.
