Visited the store in Sheerwater Woking. Zoe was amazing, my boots were difficult to fix. She gave it a go. The end result was incredible they looked brand new, much better than I could have imagined. The job was done really quickly, she works hard. She went above and beyond a real asset to Timpsons. Very professional and excellent at what she does. She made my day. Thanks so much Zoe, would definitely ask for her every time. Thoroughly recommend her. Brilliant.

Mark is absolutely fantastic. I took my tap shoes in to get new taps fitted and he was great. Fitted them perfectly and was so friendly and funny. Highly recommend and will definitely be bringing other tap shoes in again. Thanks Mark 🙂

I phoned yesterday to enquire about getting a large outdoor cushion zip fixed. Zoe was incredibly helpful and let me know that the best thing to do was to visit the store so that the team could have a look at it to determine if they could fix it or have to send it off. I visited the store today and Mark very kindly and quickly fixed the zip for me while I did my shopping. The whole team are very friendly, professional and efficient. I also dropped off my dry cleaning.
