I phoned yesterday to enquire about getting a large outdoor cushion zip fixed. Zoe was incredibly helpful and let me know that the best thing to do was to visit the store so that the team could have a look at it to determine if they could fix it or have to send it off. I visited the store today and Mark very kindly and quickly fixed the zip for me while I did my shopping. The whole team are very friendly, professional and efficient. I also dropped off my dry cleaning.

I had originally gone to the branch inside Morrisons at Woking. That branch seems to be amazing at dry cleaning, but not key cutting. Sadly the three keys that I had made in Morrisons didn't work, despite me asking the lady to double check that she was using the correct type of key. So they are good for dry cleaning, but not for keys. I decided to visit my new best friend Rob at the Asda Sheerwater branch and he sorted me out with 3 working keys at no cost to myself. Definitely come and see Rob if you want keys that work

Excellent service! The gentleman was extremely polite and friendly, and he replaced my watch battery swiftly. I would happily visit again.

Amazing service!! I needed 20 keys cut for my company and left them with Rob. Due to the amount of keys I needed cut he explained he'd need a few days and didnt have the blanks required. I really needed 2 cut ASAP and a few hours later he turned up at my work, he'd found a few of the blanks, cut and tested them and then brought them over to me! Couldn't ask for better service.
