I had the pleasure of being assisted by Josh today, who adjusted the chain size on my new watch. He was friendly, polite, and carried out the work to a high standard. Josh took the time to carefully check and recheck the fitting, making adjustments three times to ensure it was perfect. His professionalism and attention to detail make him a real asset to your organisation.
Sometimes people are just wonderful. Staff here were. Was honest that they probably wouldn't be able to get to some shoe repairs when I needed them on a short deadline, but just asked I check back with them. Got back to me in less than half time originally estimated, and did good craftsmanship all the same. Incredibly thankful and really retweeting to have such good service
I was very impressed with the staff here. I had a pair of shoes re heeled and the man was very friendly and polite. When I picked them up they were perfect. Very pleased thank you . I will go back and recommend.
Highly recommend this branch. The guy who served me this afternoon was welcoming, polite, and helpful. He installed 2 new batteries on 2 watches for my daughter in no time at all. The store seems well stocked, clean and clutter free. If you see this - thanks for your kindness it meant more than you know.
The guy in the shop was really helpful especially as one of my shoes sole was virtually hanging off and within 20 minutes he'd repaired it, brilliant. I bought a pair of laces as well
