I visited on the morning of the 19th September and I must say that the customer service was excellent. I had three boots re heeled at a very reasonable price and all ready within the hour to a very high standard.
Visited Timpsons in Colwyn Bay today to get my watch battery replaced and a new watch strap. Just had to say the gentleman was excellent great service and speedy will definitely be using the services provided again.

Wouldnt recut a snapped key, offered to buy the blank but refused due to it being liability. I offered to make an agreement to declare it as my responsability if i cut the key wrong but still refused to sell the blank key he had in his hand. Fair doos to the fella its his job but i dont appreciate this as a policy.
Had to replace a watchstrap. Guy who did it was extremely helpful and friendly. Price was very reasonable and the new one will last far longer than the original thanks to their recommendation.
