I recently took my watch in for a replacement stem and crown, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Paul. He not only carried out the repair to an exceptionally high standard but also arranged for the replacement parts to be ordered, making the entire process effortless on my part. I highly recommend Paul for his professionalism and expertise in watch repairs and dry cleaning. An excellent experience from start to finish.
What a fantastic service provided by Paul. He put new straps on both of my Tag Heuer watches and also gave them new batteries with a life time guarantee at a very good price too. I would personally highly recommend bringing your watch to Paul at the Bradgate Mall shop Beaumont Leys.
Went in to get some keys cut, the man at counter was unnecessarily rude and seemed to want an argument. I said hello, his response was ‘whats the matter?’ I replied nothing was the matter, i would like some keys cut. He kept being argumentative, I asked if he was ok which seemed to anger him more. Not sure what was his motivation to be this rude. By the end of the interaction I felt uncomfortable and not altogether safe there so left. Management needs to look into this worker’s mental state.
Went into this shop today to get car keys cut. The man was very helpful and explained the service they could offer me. He gave me time to make my mind up. He was very patient with me. Then said if I came back in 30mim's my keys wouldn't be available. After care was also good explained if I needed a new key it would be best to have it cut from the original one. So I was to keep it safe. Thank you Paul for your help and kindness.
I get all my keys done here, recently got my damaged van key replicated here, it was so worn it had to be decoded by eye, they did an excellent job the key works like new. Highly recommend.
