Paid just for an attempt to clean my shirt. They tried twice! Have been using dry cleaning multiple times, but here I have heard “how do you know it’s an easy clean, you are not the person who cleans”. Well. Amazing service! Am I supposed to just suck it up when service is not delivered?
I was on a works night out when my heel fell off 😳 luckily the store was still open, not only did the lovely gentleman fix my shoe he said no charge, merry Christmas enjoy your evening, what a kind gesture. Thankyou so much.
Bad experience wanted my key copied had to take back 3 times then still didnt work so asked for refund wanted my name phone number and address for refund i refused to vive him the information and just put any phone number in got refund il never use the shop again he new his machine was faulty when cutting the key cause he said some one had messed with it why take peoples money when he nos its never gunna work £12 for a key got one after refund for £5 and worked first time
Steve was really helpful he advised the best way definitely recommend going to timpsons on king Edward street
Says on internet between £5 to £7 iv just been charged £9 each key think that was a bit over the top
