Needed my car key repaired so brought the remains of the damaged key along to Timpsons. Ken was very clear about potential costs involved depending on what needed doing & asked me to come back in 30 mins time. Upon return Ken had completed the work (in the cheaper case scenario, thankfully) & I've now tested it back at home & the key is fully functioning once more. Speedy service & a really friendly/approachable member of staff. Cheers! 🔑

Been coming to the stall a few times to see if it was possible to fix my vintage camera bag. It was a job that was very well done. The leather strap was close to tearing completely off before so I was helped by Ken to fix it by drilling a hole and replacing the rivets. Ken was really helpful and kind in helping me restore my item (a very odd one!) and made sure that it was carefully done so that the rivets would not be damaging the body. Thank you!
