I had a dog tag ingraved for my dog Bella who recently passed away and Danny in the store in Tesco Chesterfield was extremely kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much for your kindness Danny it truly meant alot.

Went in to get a ultion key £34 branch managers said it would be back in a week still no key 2 week later and the guy there said it still wasn’t ready as we needed to confirm on an email which the branch manager didn’t bother telling us 2week ago. Just moved into the house and didn’t know they are registered keys so got the refund, if you need one of these keys use ultion website as after I originally paid I realised they are £22 from there website.

Took a pair of dance boots to Timpsons in Tesco to see if they could lower the heel, without even picking them up they said no. Took the Brooks for a second opinion, and as expected it can be done and they've done a great job too. Done exactly how I wanted and now I can wear them and saved £200 buying a new pair - Shame Timpsons couldn't do the same

Excellent service. A clip had come off my car key. The courteous gentleman fixed it in a matter of minutes and saved me the enormous headache of getting a new shell. Refused to take payment! Excellenct service all round.

Called in just before closing to see if I could get a pin replaced on my broken watch strap. I’ve had this done here a few times and at Mansfield before (it’s prone to catching in sleeves etc!) as well as having watch batteries fitted and even though it was very nearly closing time Marcus did it straight away as well as straightening the clasp for me. Excellent service here (as always!) and very grateful to Marcus for his help again.
