Managed to get my Dad’s watch working after other places couldn’t. Made something sentimental come back to life. Meant the world to me. Really great service, very polite and friendly! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I been to tesco branch logondall Hill Basildon. Handed over key to cut and explained. That I need a thin key but did not listen. Key did not work. I been to Ipswich Town centre to return. I explan to him he did not say sorry but refund me Very disappointed service they provide and expensive
Have been visiting this Timpson branch for a number of years and never fail to impress for shoe repairs, dry cleaning and watch repairs. Customer service is fantastic and the man in the store is always very helpful and incredibly polite.
