Been to the guy running the shop a few times now think his names David, ever so helpful can't do enough for you and never in a rush to go home seen him working past his time on many occasions. Is our go to guy for keys, watch batteries and shoe repairs a top bloke who provides a quality service
I been to tesco branch logondall Hill Basildon. Handed over key to cut and explained. That I need a thin key but did not listen. Key did not work. I been to Ipswich Town centre to return. I explan to him he did not say sorry but refund me Very disappointed service they provide and expensive
Superb service. Went out of his way to help me repair a broken car key (including remote fob and immobiliser), which otherwise would've cost £000s to replace., and he did it on the spot, and for a nominal fee.
Have been visiting this Timpson branch for a number of years and never fail to impress for shoe repairs, dry cleaning and watch repairs. Customer service is fantastic and the man in the store is always very helpful and incredibly polite.
The guy who works here was really friendly and helpful. Quick service and good price. Key worked perfectly.
