I wanted to sell a phone to music magpie, when I went through the process online I was told Timpsons now take the phones in and agree payment on behalf of music magpie. I can not tell you how simple the process was, they take the phone check it over and funds were in the bank within 30 mins! Takes the stress on posting it off away and quicker payment. Sam at the timpsons in strood was so helpful would reccomend.

they made me wait more than 2 weeks to get my watch and also broke it i do NOT recommend it’s really bad and there not nice
Great service Rang them to ask if they could fit a watch battery while I was picking up a few things in Morrisons as I was a bit short of time and the guy said no problem. Was all sorted when I came out. Very happy and the guy was very polite and helpful
I arrived just as they had closed for the day, but the guy was happy to open back up and quickly cut a key for me, which was very much appreciated as getting it cut was really quite important!
