I just wanted to leave a review to say how fantastic the service was from Sam at the Timpson in Morrisons Strood. While I was there getting my husband’s watch battery replaced, Sam was absolutely wonderful with my 7 year old daughter. He treated her with such kindness and patience, which really made the whole experience even more pleasant. I went with the intention of getting a spare set of keys cut for my home and found it useful to know that Timpsons change car key batteries too (much cheaper than taking it to the car dealership)! I left my keys with Dan and a spare set of house keys and a car key battery replaced by the time I finished my weekly shop.
Incredibly poor service for a repair to a pair of trousers, charged £15 and waited almost two weeks for it to be dealt with off site to have it returned with the thread and repair completely visible. Seems like it was done without any care and in a rush. I had this repair as part of other items to clean so wasn’t aware of the price, but for the level of service received, feels very hard to justify. At these price points it’s hard to see a reason to come back.
Popped into my local Timpsons in Rochester the other day for some new keys to be cut. The young gentleman(Daniel) was very friendly, and managed to do it straight away for me
