Daniel was fantastic helping me fix a watch went above and beyond to get it going, great guy great service!
I just wanted to leave a review to say how fantastic the service was from Sam at the Timpson in Morrisons Strood. While I was there getting my husband’s watch battery replaced, Sam was absolutely wonderful with my 7 year old daughter. He treated her with such kindness and patience, which really made the whole experience even more pleasant. Not only was the customer service excellent, but Sam also explained everything clearly, including upselling me the lifetime warranty and a clean with the battery replacement. Angela was most helpful and friendly. Received great service from her. Will definitely come back again.
Let me down big time! Ordered key in first said they’d phone nothing! Visited store ordered wrong one so ordered again and 2 weeks later still no phone call, visited store again and no key could be found, he couldn’t even remember serving me! Total let down!!
Incredibly poor service for a repair to a pair of trousers, charged £15 and waited almost two weeks for it to be dealt with off site to have it returned with the thread and repair completely visible. Seems like it was done without any care and in a rush. I had this repair as part of other items to clean so wasn’t aware of the price, but for the level of service received, feels very hard to justify. At these price points it’s hard to see a reason to come back.
