I can not rate this Timpsons highly enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful and every single person I have interacted with has been a delight as everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. I've since moved to London and still save any jewellery or shoes that need jobs doing for when I'm visiting family in this area because I have such trust in the team.
The service at Timpson's in Filton Bristol (Sainsburys) is always great. But I particularly want to thank Dan who was covering for someone a few weeks ago. I needed him to put a watch strap I had bought from Timpson's online on my watch. He immediately popped the strap on in about 20 seconds and it was only when I was later walking around the supermarket and looked at the watch that I noticed he had also changed the buckle from the original silver to gold to match my watch, without me having to ask! All at no charge.
The lady that works at Timpson Bristol Filton Sainsbury’s is the absolute best. Every time I come to the shop she goes above and beyond to make sure she helps me and other customers. She absolutely brilliant
Excellent , professional , polite and kind service , I will not be going anywhere else for all my relevant requirements .
The girl who works here is so lovely and really went out of her way to make the best out of a bad situation which was no fault of her own. Thank you :)
