I got a key cut few days ago but it didn’t work. Today I went back to this branch and explained that the key neck was too thick and if it could be rubbed or thinned a bit. But I was told to bring back the original key to compare. The guy at the branch was VERY RUDE and kept doing Shhush shush. I already had sent the original key back to the landlord in London. It was a matter of simply thinning the key a tiny bit but the guy was so eager to prove his authority and refused to do anything. Very Bad experience. Never again will... read more

The guy that works here (I think his name is Aaron) is an absolute gentlemen and a professional in his craft. You're not paying him enough. I return here to get ALL keys cut and watch batteries changed. 👍🏻👍🏻

Phoned just now to get advice on replacing a vehicle key with central locking, the gent who answered was so very helpful with his recommendations - way beyond what I would have expected. Speedy friendly service today to get battery changed in car keys. Delighted chat with young man on duty today who explained the steps and took care of my keys. Credit to the company.
