I got a key cut few days ago but it didn’t work. Today I went back to this branch and explained that the key neck was too thick and if it could be rubbed or thinned a bit. But I was told to bring back the original key to compare. The guy at the branch was VERY RUDE and kept doing Shhush shush. I already had sent the original key back to the landlord in London.
