Took my watch in to have battery replaced under 'Lifetime Battery' guarantee. Showed my documentation and everything was starightforward. In 3 minutes I was heading back to my car with a working watch set to correct date and time. Friendly, helpful and fantastic service. Thank You!
Visited a few days ago. Because the watch battery Lichfield Tesco Timpson refused to honour the lifetime warranty. The guy at this branch was much more helpful - fitted in moments. Good banter too!
The gentleman was polite. However, unfortunately, i took my watch for resizing there, didn't succeed so I had to take my disassembled watch strap and go to another key shop in the centre.
Had the chap resole a pair of 7 year old Clarkes boots. He has done a very good job and they feel more comfortable to wear than they ever have done. Briiliant job, well done!
I would like to pass on how helpful the young gentleman was at the Morrisons Burton-on-Trent store was. When I initially visited the store the employee was not the permanent member of staff so really was not very clued up and the options were not explained very well to me. I needed a duplicate key which appeared to be unusual and he eventually did call someone for help which turned out not to be the solution.
