I came in to your Church Road Hove branch to have a pair of boots reheeled. I was served by a delightful young man called Adam. He was so upbeat and cheerful and he told me that my boots would be ready for collection in 20 minutes. True to his word, I came back and my boots were ready! Adam did an excellent job and I went away extremely happy with my boots! Adam is a really lovely member your team and I will be definitely using this Timpson branch again. Thank you so much!
I went to Timpsons today (church road, Hove), and I think the man serving me was called Adam. He couldn’t have been friendlier and did a brilliant job fixing my very worn shoes. He was running the shop on his own from what I could see, and it was busy when I went in but he served 3 people at the same time all very quickly. I overheard that he’d been working there for 20 years, Timpsons employers, if you’re reading this: give him a raise!
A young man served me his name was Adam, I had a canvas print done and a key cut. He was great and very helpful when I asked questions about what size I should get. I would 100% recommend them, anything I need doing that Timpsons can provide a service for I will definitely be back.
Shockingly poor service for a car key battery change. In shop the change over went quick though I saw that when the old battery was tested it looked full. Got home to my 89 yrs old dad who said he didn’t understand why it wasn’t working as he’d just changed it. Turns out that the chap at Simpson’s just changed the battery anyway and pretended the last one was a dud, testing it in front of me - it just needed a seal taken off, just the kind of thing an 89yr old misses. 'fixed' my bag it broke within 2 weeks they said if i come back they would fix it for free, then didnt fix it for free and told me to go somehwere else and didnt fund me. a waste of money. wkdnt recomded, they have no clue what they are doing with leather.
