Very expensive heels fixed in under 10 mins! Took in a very expensive pair of heels, Mark was unsure if they had any heel tips small enough to fit my heels, but he worked his magic and was able to replace my broken heel tips in under 10 mins, for a bargain price of £15. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
A lovely lady from this shop made my day. My sneaker’s heel had come off completely — she said it might not be fixable, but she’d try. Fifteen minutes later, it was glued back, and she didn’t even take any money. So kind and human — thank you!
The staff are incredible, I couldn't get into my car and thought the battery needed replacing, the gentleman tested it and it didn't need replacing. He asked if I was OK and could I use the key in the door lock, I didn't think my car had a lock but he looked online for me then offered to come and take a look with me. He found the secret panel, removed it for me and got me into the car and waited to make sure I could start the car and was happy to drive home. You don't get service like that these days. Visited and got a bunch of keys cut and my car key battery renewed cost me £30 but the service was good.
Whether it's for key cutting or shoe repairs I've also been impressed with the customer service at The Plymstock store.
