Attended the Eastwood store on the 13th of June to have 2 pairs of shoes reheeled, I was so pleased because I could now wear them for work again. Imagine my surprise I put the first pair on walked out the front door and the tip came off Monday the 15th June. Then this morning Tuesday 16th June put my second pair on I managed to get out the front door got out the car walked to the office the tip came off the 2nd pair. Very good service, fast and efficient with an organised ticketing system. I had my watch polished and the battery replaced. The gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. I would strongly recommend.
Excellent service today when I went to get a few keys cut and enquire about some resolved shoes. Apparently management has changed recently. Will be using this shops for all my key cutting/shoe resoling needs from now on.
Left my Phone on Tuesday, still not fixed and only just arrived at the repair place apparently. The guy told me 3 Days, now he's saying it probably won't be ready by Saturday and they're shut Sunday, he then said 5 but if they're shut Sunday and I dropped it off Tuesday that makes Six Days if I have to collect it Monday, that's IF I get it Monday. Appalling, don't recommend at all.
Fantastic service. Took my boots in to be repaired. Same day service and the repair was excellent. I will definitely be using Eastwood Timpson on again.
