Popped down today Sunday (4th January) as my son needed some links taken out his new watch strap. Staff member stoped what he was doing and done this straight away for us. Asked my son about watches and gave him some advice about looking after them. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff member (apologise as didn’t catch his name) but a credit to your company
I went to Timpson’s for passport photos today. I sought passport photos for a specific country and I was promised the photos were completed to the country’s specifications. Yet, when I returned home and was completing the application I realised I was given photos that did not have all the requirements for my country. I will now be delayed in sending in my passport for renewal due to this error and it will result in delayed travel ability.
