Great service. Sorted out a pair of shoes of mine with a bit of a stop-gap repair (lacking the tools to do a full repair), asking only for a donation to their charity, which I think is a lovely way to do business. Also the company invests heavily in offender rehabilitation by supporting people who have been in prison to work for them after release (and before) and I think that is really laudable.
