I dropped in to see if anyone could mend a broken car key. I was really impressed with the prompt, friendly and helpful service I got from Tarek. He sorted my problem out within minutes. Can thoroughly recommend. Thank you again Tarek!
I took three watches in to Timpson’s Emscote Road branch a couple of weeks ago. Operating one of the watches was proving tricky to work out. Tarek went online to see what he could find, contacted “head office” by phone to see if they might assist and ultimately offered to send the watch to their specialist - free of charge - to get it set up. Collected watch, now properly set up, yesterday. All in all, as thorough and professional a “transaction” as one could hope for. Special thanks to Tarek.
