A couple of weeks before Christmas I took my broken rosary to Timpsons on Emscote Road, Warwick. Normally it would need to be sent away for repair, however Tarek patiently and painstakingly spent almost half an hour repairing it in front of me for no charge. I'd already spent a lot of time at home trying to repair it myself without success as the links were so small. Many thanks again Tarek.
I went today at Timpson Warwick (Tesco). There are few guys working. Two of them, very helpful. But there’s one (he claims to be the manager, working on 16/09/25), I think the same guy that has good reviews, he is trying to overcharge customers. I went to have a car key cut, to someone that offered nice customer service, stating that the price is £60, taking through details the options. Unfortunately I had no time. I dropped in to see if anyone could mend a broken car key. I was really impressed with the prompt, friendly and helpful service I got from Tarek. He sorted my problem out within minutes. Can thoroughly recommend. Thank you again Tarek!
