Dani, was so helpful this morning and helped me out of a jam when the battery in my key fob died, I was locked out of my car at Tesco when I attempted to get in using the manual key the alarm went off. Dani was kind and calm sorting the battery in no time. Thank you my saviour. 5 star review.
Very Disappointing after seeing all the good reviews. Went in for shoe repair Xmas Eve, guy behind the counter was serving some one else. I waited patiently, 8 minutes. No acknowledgement that I was even there, just chatting away to the other customer and showing him photos on his phone. Gave up, walked out, still not a word. Just Rude!

Popped into Timpson’s to get a car key cut, the man who I saw was extremely polite and helpful. He managed to cut a fresh one despite my old one being in pretty bad shape. Very quick and efficient service I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks
Always great service only mainly dealt with Dani who is polite, helpful Always smiling and remembers my name. Would highly recommend both the service Timpsons supplies and the staff. I think people under estimate how important good customer is.
