Asked to repair boots as toe come away from sole on “dealer boots”. For £15 the boots were glued at toe but still dirty with mud at area glued so clearly had not been prepared for a proper repair! Also when I got home and looked carefully at sole, they were clearly coming away in another part of the sole so still need repairing! I appreciate I did not point this out when I bought them and in (as was unaware) but would have expected a professional to contact me and ask if they were to resolve that too. Sadly not impressed.

I visited Wells Timpsons Fri 1 Aug to get a non branded electronic car key replacement . They had sold out yet the young man working in there was so helpful , taking time to call Shepton Mallet , who had also sold out, and Street branch in Sainsbury’s car park. Street had only 1 left and he asked them to hold as I would drive straight over which I did. Dani is a great guy he sorted my key out in less than 10min. I had no problems at all Excellent customer service with a nice smile If you need your keys sorted I recommend you reach out to timpson in wells and Dani is your man 👌

Dani, was so helpful this morning and helped me out of a jam when the battery in my key fob died, I was locked out of my car at Tesco when I attempted to get in using the manual key the alarm went off. Dani was kind and calm sorting the battery in no time. Thank you my saviour. 5 star review.

Very helpful, pleasant chap running this place. We’ve used him for vehicle keys, engraving and shoe repairs. All of these services were completed to a high standard and fast. Great customer service.
