Chris (or Krisz I think his name badge said) sorted me a new car key today after mine broke. I'm so grateful, and his service was impeccable! We will be back to get a spare car key sorted soon.
After stupidly trying to replace my own battery, I had broken my watch stem at the crown. I took my watch to Timpsons at Sainsbury's hoping for a fix and wasn't disappointed. I was told I'd need a new crown as well as the stem. Kriz did a fantastic job, replaced the stem, sourced a genuine new Michael Kors crown, fitted a new battery and pressure tested my watch to boot. Good as new and Very affordable too for all the work in involved. Would highly recommend!

Popped into Timpsons today for advice on a new battery for my father’s inexpensive watch. He has dementia & is currently in hospital and loves his watch so we didn’t want to get him a new watch to confuse him. Kriz was fantastic and managed to fix the old watch. His act of kindness was unexpected & made my day…..and my Dad had a big smile when reunited with his old watch in working order. Thank you very much.
