Called in whilst on holiday to get a new watch strap. Old on starting to split. Great service. Very friendly staff who advised me on the correct size to have.
I went today to have a bracelet engraved, I had been everywhere in Ripley and Belper but couldn’t get it done, and I needed it quite quickly. Stephan was absolutely fantastic and charming with it, engraved my bracelet and nothing was a problem, such great service and what great customer service, apart from that just a really kind person. Excellent, and will definitely be going again for shoe repairs etc….. Thank you Stephan

I finally wore through the soles on my favourite leather shoes and began (unsuccessfully) to look for replacements. Then I called in to see Stephan. Very friendly and helpful chap who was able to resole my shoes and now they’re like new again (but very comfortable!). A credit to Timpsons and himself. Thank you.
