Called in whilst on holiday to get a new watch strap. Old on starting to split. Great service. Very friendly staff who advised me on the correct size to have.

I went today to have a bracelet engraved, I had been everywhere in Ripley and Belper but couldn’t get it done, and I needed it quite quickly. Stephan was absolutely fantastic and charming with it, engraved my bracelet and nothing was a problem, such great service and what great customer service, apart from that just a really kind person. Excellent, and will definitely be going again for shoe repairs etc….. Thank you Stephan
Stephen went above and beyond helping me today when my walking boot lace had snapped. He was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful or nicer! A really lovely guy and a credit to the company. Outstanding customer service 😊
The gent inside offers a fantastic service. I had 2 watch repairs and a battery change. Got a great deal on all of them and they were all fixed within the time I did a small shop. Would recommend if you need a service on your timepiece's. They also do dry cleaning, though haven't used this service yet.
