After losing my key, i went to timpsons in sainsburys northfield and was served by a young man, i believe his name was Haiden and he was SO helpful by making me a new key. He was ever so polite and had a contagious smile. It really brightened my day after the tragedy of losing my key. i would recommend his service to anyone.
