Outstanding service from Dave (mobile manager). I rang up before coming to see if he could do a remote car key for me. He said he’d give me a call back which he did after finding all the parts he needed and setting the chip up for my car make. He’d told me he’s not done many of these and didn’t feel the most confident but still told me come down and we’d have a go at it. Sorted some spare keys, then also hand stitched/repaired damage to my hang-glider harness while I waited! Then only charged me for the spare keys (on a 3 for 2 offer). Pleasant company too!

Called in at 3:20pm on Christmas Eve for a quick ring engraving 4 letters. Online hours said approx 4pm, but I was told they were already closed. Even offered to pay extra and was still turned away. This would have made my mum’s Christmas.Timpsons definitely have no Christmas spirit. Disappointing service — won’t be returning.
Had my dress and a suit dry cleaned. I wasn't sure whether the bad makeup stains around the neckline of the dress would come out but it looks perfect and beautifully pressed. Thank you!
