I called in originally to have the batteries changed on my watch. Did there and then nice and quickly, the price is very good with a year guarantee. I went back because there was a problem with the hands, after a 1 and a half weeks I had a call to say it was ready for me... And free of charge. The young man who dealt with me was lovely. Took a bent car key in. Cost to replace at a dealer was £££. Lovely bloke straightened it out and refused to charge me. Very grateful.
I called into the Meadowhead branch with a broken car key. An automotive key company had said it couldn’t be repaired. They had wanted to sell me a replacement for £140 pounds. The chap at Timpsons fixed it quickly and no charge was made as it was apparently a simple repair. That refreshing act of kindness has secured my business forevermore. Top marks for transparency and customer focussed service.
Went to get some spare keys cut and youngest noticed moana key, at the til he gave my youngest a moana key and it's made his day. Lovely service, quick and friendly!
