I took a set of keys to the shop in Morrions Meadowhead, as i was having issues with a set of keys that had been cut from a machine. Alan was brilliant and was able to speedily fix what was wrong with my set of keys. He was very informative and let me know why the key wasn't working! Amazing service and super friendly! Highly recommend. Thank you very much Alan!
My wife dropped my 30 year old watch off this lunchtime for a new battery fitting. Upon returning home she gave me the watch back only for me to discover the back case all gouged up and damage to the case which is irreparable. This watch has been looked after and was in great condition and carries enormous sentimental value to me and is now ruined by someone's incompetence. I will be taking this matter further!! Its a shame I can't leave no stars. Just to note, customer service is just as useless!!
I was looked after by Callum on a busy Bank Holiday Monday. He was clearly busy but remained incredibly pleasant and professional whilst creating my dogs name tag. Super Service. Thanks Callum🙏
Excellent. I took a broken key in and Chris couldn't be more helpful. He took time to create a new one, having to finish by hand and guesswork the piece which had broken off the original. The key works. Saved us having to break the lock and replace. Thank you for brilliant personal service.
Fantastic service from Will (Moustache) today at Morrisons Meadowhead!! He helped me sort lots of new keys for our new house and was so friendly and gave me some really good advice. He's a credit to Timpsons!:
