I took a set of keys to the shop in Morrions Meadowhead, as i was having issues with a set of keys that had been cut from a machine. Alan was brilliant and was able to speedily fix what was wrong with my set of keys. He was very informative and let me know why the key wasn't working! Amazing service and super friendly! Excellent. I took a broken key in and Chris couldn't be more helpful. He took time to create a new one, having to finish by hand and guesswork the piece which had broken off the original. The key works. Saved us having to break the lock and replace. Thank you for brilliant personal service.
