Excellent. I took a broken key in and Chris couldn't be more helpful. He took time to create a new one, having to finish by hand and guesswork the piece which had broken off the original. The key works. Saved us having to break the lock and replace. Thank you for brilliant personal service.

I called in originally to have the batteries changed on my watch. Did there and then nice and quickly, the price is very good with a year guarantee. I went back because there was a problem with the hands, after a 1 and a half weeks I had a call to say it was ready for me... And free of charge. The young man who dealt with me was lovely. I definitely recommend going there for watches. Thanks 👍🏼
Took a bent car key in. Cost to replace at a dealer was £££. Lovely bloke straightened it out and refused to charge me. Very grateful.
