Fantastic service today. Called in with a damaged key that usually requires ordering from a specialist company, which takes over a week to send out the product. Spoke with the gentleman working there and the key, although being a new one on him, he managed to have ready in fifteen minutes. Excellent attitude, service and very helpful.

I recently taken in my smart watched to be fixed, it needed a new buckle fitting. He said he would do this free of charge as he had 1 spare in stock anyway and wouldn't take him long. He was really friendly and helpful on my experience here. Would recommend to anyone in the future!

Highly recommend this Timpsons branch! Went in today not knowing if they’d be able fix my ceramic watch strap after one of the links smashed. The lad behind the counter was friendly, polite and had it all fixed in 20 mins! 😄 I was so relieved and he’s done a fantastic job! Thank you so much again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely guy, helped Dad with security keys for family as Mum has Dementia. All the family now have a set to support Dad if he needs anything. Brilliant place, Dad had other things he needed too regarding watch batteries, very reasonable deal, one payment and Dad can have his battery changed wherever he is for free!
