Timpsons outside Asda store . I have had repairs and bought from them on several occasions and have always been very pleased. I took a bracelet in to be repaired four weeks ago, it needed a new clasp and it was a very sentimental item as it was bought for me by my late husband who tragically died, 18 years ago. Just been in to see David about my car key as my remote central locking stopped working. Within minutes he had identified and solved the problem, excellent customer care and service. Thank you very much, see you next time.
My watch kept randomly stopping . A well known jewellery shop in town looked at it twice but hadn't fixed the problem. In 30 minutes Reece repaired it and a week later it still works. Brilliant service, thank you Reece.
Timpson, outside Asda, St Austell. Popped in to get some dog tags and engraving done, as well as a replacement watch battery, whilst down in Cornwallon holiday. The gentleman behind the counter was really friendly and professional and the prices very reasonable (with a lifetime guarantee purchased on the watch battery). I left the items with him to be done whilst I took my dogs for a walk and everything was ready to collect when I returned. Excellent engraving. Thank you very much for the great service.
