Visited today with my son to get a watch strap adjusted. Service was absolutely cracking, sorry I didn't get the chaps name but he was a mobile worker. Thank you so much, son very happy with a birthday present he can now wear. Highly recommend, definitely use again.

My nursing fob watch battery had stopped. I forgotten until this evening, so went straight to Timpson’s at Tesco, Shrewsbury at 17:54 (they shut at 18:00). Dave was very helpful, professional & friendly, he had the correct size battery & even fitted it for me before he closed the shop, such a kind man! Thank you, I am so grateful! ☺️
Brilliant service refurbishing a set of old car keys. Had to remove glue: which the assistant called a colleague and checked on the right product to use. Spent quite a bit of extra time solving the problems. And actually reduced the price! Just out of sheer kindness. Can't recommend highly enough...
