Phoned the branch by tesco to inquire about a new watch pin as I broke mine earlier today, the chap who was working there said he had a selection of them and to call in. He had the size I needed,and the price was even lower than I expected. Thank you for your service Timpson.

Went in store today to get my favourite holiday shoes fixed! Lewis was really friendly, fixed the issue really fast and delivered great service. 10/10 highly recommend!
I visited Timpson on 23/10, to have a new car key blade made, but the experience was disappointing. The employee informed me that they did not have the specific type of blade I needed in store. When I asked if there were any other Timpson locations that might have it, she simply said no as no other store keeps this type of blade. However, I decided to try another store anyway (Spytty), and to my surprise, they were able to make the key blade with no issues and it took half an hour.
