The two chaps working here on the 2/11/24 at 15:00 were absolutely fantastic! Lovely gentleman, kind and committed to customer service. They laser engraved a watch strap for me (which is a wedding present from my very soon wife to be) and did a superb job in no time at all! Absolutely brilliant people!

Needed 2 keys was shocked to have a bill for 24 quid for 2 normal house keys that took 15 seconds to cut. I could have bought a complete new lock with 3 keys for 12 from amazon, won't be returning at those rip off prices
