I went to have my battery changed on my key. They wanted to charge £20 to do it. I couldn't accept that, i went on amazon and got 6 batteries for £4.65 and changed the battery in 30 seconds. I knew it wouldn't be cheep but £20! Total rip off!!!
Excellent customer service from Mitchell. Came to pick up my trench coat from the dry cleaners, the coat was clean but I pointed out that the cleaning didn't remove a couple of small stains on the shoulder of the coat. I was still willing to pay for the service however Mitchell very kindly and generously allowed me to take the coat back without paying as I wasn't fully satisfied with the cleaning. Exemplary customer service, it made my day and made me smile, highly recommend.
Made a lovely job of repairing my heels, replaced the pads and tidied the heels. Looked like new!
Amazing gentleman behind the counter today!! Will 100% use again
Pretty good. Service straight forward. Kind treatment.
