Excellent customer service from Mitchell. Came to pick up my trench coat from the dry cleaners, the coat was clean but I pointed out that the cleaning didn't remove a couple of small stains on the shoulder of the coat. I was still willing to pay for the service however Mitchell very kindly and generously allowed me to take the coat back without paying as I wasn't fully satisfied with the cleaning. Exemplary customer service, it made my day and made me smile, highly recommend.

Went to Timpsons Roneo Corner to get a set of keys cut (very basic front door key), unfortunately, I had to return four times in the same day as they wouldn’t work. I didn’t get an apology once, and it was quite awkward after the second time. I am also six months pregnant, had to get a bus there and back in the rain eight times in total. The man didn’t seem remotely bothered, nor did he attempt to explain why he couldn’t cut the key. I didn’t get offered a refund until the fourth visit, I lost an excess of £10 on the bus far... read more

Mitchell at Timpson saved my life by sorting out my Audi car key at quick speed, which helped out alot to get back to work on time. Lifesaver!!! I am a very happy customer 🙂
