Went to Timpsons Roneo Corner to get a set of keys cut (very basic front door key), unfortunately, I had to return four times in the same day as they wouldn’t work. I didn’t get an apology once, and it was quite awkward after the second time. I am also six months pregnant, had to get a bus there and back in the rain eight times in total. The man didn’t seem remotely bothered, nor did he attempt to explain why he couldn’t cut the key. The two chaps working here on the 2/11/24 at 15:00 were absolutely fantastic! Lovely gentleman, kind and committed to customer service. They laser engraved a watch strap for me (which is a wedding present from my very soon wife to be) and did a superb job in no time at all! Absolutely brilliant people!
