Excellent customer service. I took in a pair of jewelled sandals I thought were beyond repair and they were able to make them good as new. Always a quality service whenever I have visited.

Left my shoe at the shop for them to send it away and repair my broken heel. Paid 40£ (more than shoes it self) for one broken heel as it was supposed to be repaired with proper machine. Picked up today and I'm in shock. The quality is awful, you can see the glue everywhere and the rear of the shoe is not tucked in properly as it should and inside trace of glue and slight tear. I'm shocked..

I took my smart watch there and had a replacement silicone strap fitted. I also took my regular watch there to have a link taken out as I've lost weight. Did a bit of shopping, then went back to collect, the cost was £12.95 for both! To be honest, I should have asked for a receipt, wasn't offered one, happy now with my 2 watches but jeez - £12.95!!!!! I paid but I must have been in shock as thinking about it afterwards the price is extortionate! Looked on their site but can't find a price list for this at all.

Couldn't believe the price for 2 keys to be cut, £14.50!! I didn't ask the price as I was sure it wouldn't be anything near that, stick to your local shop it should be £3 or £4 a key there, never again, took less than 1 minute to do for that money, complete robbery.
