Daniel at the Mannings Heath store was extremely kind and helpful, fixing my elderly dad’s alarm watch which is a necessity to keep him safe at home. Wonderful service and so fast!

My visit to Timpson's inside Tesco today was a pleasure. Danial (S211) was a great help and gave perfect customer service, which is very hard to find these days. I took in 2 pairs of boots to be re-heeled, 1 of which had only been done about 6 to 8 weeks ago and the material did not seem up to it's purpose. Danial explained the companies policy about having my original receipt, which I did not have. Even with that Danial was able to sort out a price for both boots which I was more than happy with.
