My original review is still here below this but I felt I had to update it as the response from Timpson has been exemplary. They took on all my criticism and completely redid the repair at no cost. The boots will last me a good few years again. New pictures added below Thanks Normally get decent service but I had my walking boots resoled 6 months ago and the soles have had to be glued repeatedly where they were separating from the spongy bit. Had engraving done here on our Son's pocket watch for his Wedding. Very friendly and efficient staff. It was done while we did our shopping so saved us having to return another day. Beautiful engraving. Just as we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
I called in to pickup my wedding suit that I had dry cleaned. Dropped it off Friday was ready Monday. I received a text letting me know my item was ready for collecting. First class service be coming back. The assistant behind the counter was very polite.
