I recently had my car key repaired at Timpson and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the issue with my key and fixed it quickly. It’s great to find a place that provides such reliable service with a smile. It was really my best experience. Highly recommend Timpson for car key repairs. I’m really happy with the result and the service! 🙌
My original review is still here below this but I felt I had to update it as the response from Timpson has been exemplary. They took on all my criticism and completely redid the repair at no cost. The boots will last me a good few years again. New pictures added below Thanks Normally get decent service but I had my walking boots resoled 6 months ago and the soles have had to be glued repeatedly where they were separating from the spongy bit. Today I had my key cut done at this shop Timpson Sainsbury's in Cheadle. I stood there to be served, the guy was very smily faced and polite with two customers before me but when it came to my turn he had a quite miserable face and was not welcoming at all. I was surprised. I made a joke about the price and after I came back to collect the new key, again he was not welcoming us at all. I hope nothing to do with our skin colour. Never ever to that shop. The natural choice for key cutting. 10 minutes is all it took and I was ony way. Three pairs for the price of two. What more could you want. Bright cheerful staff ... service with a smile
Had engraving done here on our Son's pocket watch for his Wedding. Very friendly and efficient staff. It was done while we did our shopping so saved us having to return another day. Beautiful engraving. Just as we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
