Visited today 16th Jan. I was served as usual by Jacky, who over the years has cut many keys for me. I know that when she is there that I will be greeted with a smile and know that she will be friendly, efficient and do a good professional job. I also know that, unlike other branches of yours, she will not put the shutter down and take a break so that myself and other customers have to come back, or go elsewhere. Great service.

I am really disappointed in this shop as I spent around £175 on dog tags as we board dogs and have to swap each dog tag on their collar for ours when they stay. After a few months if I am being generous 1 of the tags tarnished to the point it was illegible and I asked for the 1 tag to be sorted out. The response I got from the lady at the counter was basically, I dont care do you want to buy a new one? Very disappointed with the service a blond lady that worked on a Sunday. I am a dog boarder and had recently purchased quite a few dog tags from this particular store which amounted to over £80. One of the dog tags that we use for small dogs like yorkies and chihuahuas ect had tarnished to the point you could barely see the details on the tag and asked the lady to replace just this one and she refused and told me I would have to buy another one.
