I visited this timpsons location today to get a watch battery replacement. The staff member was out at the time but I returned a few minutes later and he offered me the lifetime guarantee for £19.95 instead of the more expensive £24.95. He quickly replaced my watch battery and I was off within minutes. Very speedy service and excellent professionalism from this individual
