After weeks of being fobbed off by previous worker I called on for a final time before taking complaint further and the new manager not only dealt with my issue there and then he couldn’t of been any more reassuring that Timpsons know what they are doing this guy deserves a pay rise thank you so much I can now use my car key again

Excellent quick service only marred by having to wait outside the kiosk initially for nearly half an hour

Three members of staff including ( I think a manager) I was a little stressed but they were amazing so helpful and considerate. Will definitely get all my keys cut here. Excellent service. Thank you.
