Danny at Leith Sandpiper Drive (Newhaven) location did a great job fixing my beloved Dr Marten heel tips that had worn and broken away. I went to the Timpson’s on Ferry Road to pick up a parcel and arrived a few minutes after closing. The gentleman behind the desk was really helpful and kindly took the time to get my parcel for me anyway. Great customer service!
Danny did an exceptional job repairing my very old and loved boots, helping fix previous bad repairs - they have a whole new lease of life now thank you! The work was complete in just a couple of hours and the service was super considerate and efficient.
I have used this local Timpson store many times: for house key cutting, car key batteries, and dry cleaning. And everytime, it has been great! Danny has also happened to serve me on every occasion and he's great!
