Last week I called and had 3 watches altered for size being charged £30 and as they weren’t all mine I was told that if they needed altering again there would be no charge. Called today to have one have some links put in and one moved 2 bits on the strap. Told it would be £12.95 to put the links in even though he knew it was done last week. I didn’t argue because that is not my character but feel aggrieved enough to put my feelings down on paper ish.
Gee was a legend and I really appreciate her helping me haul my Rug Doctor all the way to my car! 😄
