Absolute legend. Came last week to replace watch strap but didn’t have the right strap to replace so I ordered one. He advised me to bring back the strap once I had it and he would just do it for a fiver. Came back today and he did it for free! Amazing service. Much appreciated.

Went in because my car key came out of fob and from the very first phone call this staff member was incredibly helpful and fixed this for me in about 15 mins and saved me a fortune I was super grateful he was absolutely lovely polite funny he went above and beyond wouldn’t use another timpsons now will always go there thanks John Thompson you were brill
