I had a passport photo done by the wonderful manager in the Middle Street Yeovil store two weeks ago, and today my new passport arrived. This is thanks to the great checking and online service. What made the whole experience exceptional, however, was the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the manager and I am sorry not to remember a name. I will definitely be visiting this shop again, not just for the great service, but also for the positivity and care. A truly uplifting experience! Thank you.

Every time I’ve been in here I have been more than happy. It’s so refreshing to see people genuinely passionate about their jobs. Really skilled people, they’ve done an amazing job on a variety of my boots. Very pleased :)
After turning up in their shop absolutely distraught the chap behind the counter was amazing he restored my faith in humanity after an absolutely horrific experience with our wedding venue. They managed to help me get the perfect gift for the groom in time to thank for all he had done & been through. Really helpful & kind.
Bianca was a real star today when she managed to re-heel a pair of shoes which I had worn down too much. She has renewed them so well and made them shine too. Over and above the call of duty. In addition she cut more house keys for me, all with a big smile. A truly wonderful ambassador for Timpsons company.
