I popped into Timpsons with a bike lock issue on a bike ride. And Nigel was more than happy to help us out. He was patient and knowledgable and it meant we didn’t need to purchase a new bike lock. Thanks very much.

Fantastic friendly and helpful service by Ricky. He was able to repair 2 car remote key fobs at a fraction of the cost we would have incurred at the dealership. The work was completed within 30 minutes and we are extremely satisfied.

Excellent service. Had a pair of boots soled and heeled, and clear explanation of what was to be done. The matching colour for the repair had to be ordered, but still only took 2 days. Repair looks more durable than the original.

I would like to commend Nigel who works at the Solihull branch of Timpson. He provided an excellent level of service and Timpson's should be very proud to have such a conscientious employee. Well done Nigel.

My daughter brought in a pair of vintage shoes to be re-soled at the cost of the £39.99. She returned on the specified day to collect the shoes, only to find the repair was not done. She was told that re-soling her shoes was too complex a job and even if they sent them off to their own specialist repairer, they to would be unable to do the repair. She was given her money back and told rudely on her way out that her shoes couldn't and wouldn't ever be repared. Fast forward a week later, the shoes have been expertly repaired ... read more
