I had the most unpleasant experience today with one of the employees who refused to change battery in my remote. He was rude, he didn’t wanted help me, told me I need to find myslef what kind of battery I need and change it myself. When I asked if he could help me figure out what kind of battery I need he said bluntly no. When I eventually find out what kind of battery I need he was trying to charge me £15 for it when the battery is worth £2,99 for 10 of them. Unimpressed with this branch. I showed up and asked if it was possible to change my car key battery and was told he couldn’t spare 30 seconds and to come back in an hour. This was the third time I’ve had to come back in 12 months for the same car key battery. A delightfully helpful man at another branch told me they had been putting the wrong battery in my car key all this time.

Gary was very helpful with getting our groomsmen gifts engraved! We had a bit of a tricky shaped object and wasn't sure it would work but Gary was able to do it no problem. He took a lot of care to make sure everything was perfect and did the job quickly as well. Very pleased with Gary's service :)

Walked up to the gentleman and said “Hello, can you help” His immediate response was “come back in ten minutes and eating” no hello, no do you mind coming back. Couldn’t even look up from stuffing chips in his mouth. So I went to Bowens on West street. Much better service
