Got my families passport photos taken here. John was so helpful to the point we all got them right first time, even the kids. He was so patient positioning and instructing.

Very unprofessional and incompetent behaviour by ‘John’ today at 13.30hrs, who told me it would take him 20 minutes to write a receipt for my watches, after I told him I was in a hurry and would collect them Thursday 13th March. He made himself look silly by using exaggerated attempts to search drawers and flick through books to illustrate his point. Polite and very friendly staff. Got new vibram style heal on my favourite dog walking boots, they did an excellent job, will get a bit more life out of them now, I've left my wife's boots to get the same, the repair guy , sorry, didn't catch his name, is clearly very experienced and really knows what he is doing, highly recommended.
