After my 93 year old Dad accidentally dropped his watch we never thought it could be mended. The lovely man at Alfreton branch had a look and Dad is thrilled again to be wearing it. Many thanks.

Micheal is a life saver. Had bent my ring, went in and he fixed it up like nothing happened, within 5 minutes i was setting off back home. Couldn’t recommend more, outstanding work and an overall brilliant guy
Michael who works here is brilliant he repaired me a watch i broke ..he did the links a few week before and fixed it in 2 ..brilliant service and top guy ..hes been there years..not often we go but use all time wen needed....top shop
