Michael who works here is lovely, but please don't take your items here to be cleaned., mine came back damaged and all they offered me was £25 and my Paul smith scarf was worth well over £200 and totally ruined. After my 93 year old Dad accidentally dropped his watch we never thought it could be mended. The lovely man at Alfreton branch had a look and Dad is thrilled again to be wearing it. Many thanks.

Great customer service, from watch repairs to photo prints
My puppy had got hold of a pair of my very expensive new boots. I took them to Timpsons in Alfreton, went back to fetch them the next day and was amazed at the repair work done. The service I received was superb. I've had keys cut there before which have always worked perfectly in the locks. Top marks Timpsons Alfreton.
