I've used the Parsons St, Banbury shop a few times for various things and always had good service. Went in today for a watch link adjustment - totally unprepared and not knowing what I needed exactly (watch wearer wasn't present), but the guy who helped me was brilliant and got the job done quickly, with a smile. The lovely man is so helpful! In the last 6 weeks. I have been in for 2 sets of keys to be cut. A name plate to be engraved for my saddle. And then I took in a very expensive pair of boots to be resoled and reheeled. Someone else was in that day (who was lovely) and he gave me the wrong bit of the ticket in error (I didnt know this). I went back in today on the off chance that they were ready a week earlier than they should be and the lovely normal man was there. Having problems with my car key this morning and then snapped it by accident, i went to the timpsons on parsons street, to be met by a happy and friendly young man who’s name is jacob who went above and beyond to help resolve my car key problem. His customer service was on top form!.
