Thank you to Paul E - very grateful for the chat, advice and help. I struggle to find trainers which are comfortable. Without judgement, he repaired my dilapidated trainers. Even if they last only 6 more months, I am super. grateful. Friendly, personable and we had a good chat. As other reviews have stated, he does not just do the job, he offers help and guidance. Asset to the store and the company. Thank you!

Horrible experience. I visited the store at Ne7 7Jw today at 14:38, i did not make it through the door than the shop attendant abruptly told me "I am having my dinner, what you after" with a straight, stone face and annoyed voice. Not even a "sorry, I am having a break, mind popping in a bit later, please? Not the first time this chap has been abrupt and rude, he is always with a bad temper making you feel as if you were disturbing. Should not be working there.
