Went in to get a key cut and Jason was initially friendly and the got the job done quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, he asked my partner if she was pregnant...she is not. She is now in tears and after I went back and confronted Jason, he offered a VERY half hearted apology and no compassion to how he has made my partner feel. Great key cutter but overfamiler and unprofessional with customers.
