Bought a wooden cross here for £140, after them having 3 attempts to get the plaque engraving correct we installed the cross. After a month the brass plaque completely deteriorated and we had it swapped for a perspex one.Now 12 months later the cross has completely weather and deteriorated. We have had to go to the grave and sand the cross back and re varnish it. Value for money is very poor.

You need to update your opening hours. You haven't been open between 5-6pm for ages, went today and again closed! Photo taken at 1740. At least put a notice up if closing early was out of your control especially when customer service is topnotch when open. Such a shame!

Took a suede leather jacket in for a dry clean. Very good result. They even gave me a protector cover free of charge, to keep it clean. Very pleased with the final result.

Always a great job on my high heels, even when it’s dubious whether they can be saved and the recent re-sole on the boots my late mother bought for me is excellent (I’ve had them over 15 years and they look like new!). Thanks so much One Man Band!

Had a key cut last Weds 4th Jan, the gentleman who served me was helpful, quick and chatty, I paid my money and was gone within a few mins. Excellent. On arriving home, in Chepstow, I found the key worked but was very tight to operate. Too tight for the elderly gentleman it was intended for. I returned to the shop on Fri 6th, the young lady who served me on this occasion was abrupt and sharp with me, snatched the key off me, told me there was nothing wrong with it, i pointed out the only visible difference between the 2 keys... read more
