I recently had a great experience with the small Timpson shop. I purchased a padlock, and when it stopped working after just two weeks, I returned to the shop. They immediately replaced it with a better one at no extra cost. Their quick and friendly service really stood out, and it’s reassuring to know they stand behind their products. Highly recommended for reliable genuine customer care!
I went to the Timpsons in Wellingborough Town centre to get my engagement ring down sized. They were incredible! The gentleman was so polite and patient with me! It came back perfect! I can nor rate them high enough and won't go anywhere else now xx
Went in for watch battery replacement, they do a life time battery which is much better value, my watch in particular was going to be £11.45 for battery or it was £15.95 for a lifetime one, just make sure you keep the card which will have the case number on, to take in with you when battery dies, no hassle straight forward battery replacement. Different prices for different makes, but overall still cheaper than, buying new ones every 2 years.
Very good service ,didn't have the battery I need for car keys ,I bought the battery elsewhere and the lad put it in for me.Very polite and helpful told me what battery I needed, can't ask for better than that
Adam was just not with it left watch there and went to do shopping went back andd he hadnt started it. Which one is yours he said as be had several on the countee. He proceeded to put on new strap i asked if he had put new battery in it and he said yes. He set the time.and i left. When i got to the car the handa had.not moved. So i went back in store.
