I went to this store for copies of a house key and alleyway key and had to go back as the alleyway key didn't work first time. The staff here are super professional and friendly each time I've been. Especially wanted to say thank you to Reuben who took the time to fix the keys until they worked, and all whilst doing it with a smile! I'm very surprised by the other negative reviews, as the staff members I met were polite and super helpful. Very unhelpful from Liam. As I walking in he was on the phone on loudspeaker and left the call running whilst speaking to me. Asked him if there was anything he could do on price for watch. battery change. Rather than politely explaining he couldnt he was extremely rude, sarcastic and asked me to try and get him a discount on a tesco meal deal. After checking their website for available services and confirming car key replacement is one at this branch, I called to check roughly how much a spare copy was and was abruptly told they don’t do any car keys and bye. I responded asking if any of their nearby branches do it, was told to look online and bye again/they hung up before I could even respond a 2nd time or say bye back. We had some links removed from multiple watches. Brilliant service, very helpful and very quick turnaround. It was also 1/2 the price we had been quoted at several other jewellers. I have previously had watch batteries changed and keys cut at this Timpsons and have always received great service.
